Rudi,
I'm not 100% certain, but I believe that any of the creeper drives will work. I'm sure someone will speak up though.

Like Geezer said, I think they are all the same, but the shift handle and breather vents are slightly different between the narrow frame and wide frame cadets. The 108 is a wide frame, and this is a pic of the creeper drive for it:

That is from Cub Cadet Specialties: http://www.ccspecialties.org but it is already sold.

The Creeper drives are all the same(except the Original) but there was some differences in the shift handle but I think they could be bent anf/or extend the slot to work.
The Geezer from IHregistry.com which crashed and is now Cub Cadet Collectors.

The Original Cub Cadet used the Danco UD-6 under drive unit, and that was the only model to use that creeper. All the other IH built Cub Cadet used a creeper without a model number, but all used the same basic creeper, the only difference being the length and shape of the shifter lever. It is basically broken down to one for a narrow frame tractor, a narrow frame with extension handle, and wide frame tractors. The creepers are the same and the shift levers can be swapped, and the different shift levers and the extension are still available from Cub Cadet, albeit pricey. He needs one for a wide frame tractor, that has the long one piece shifter. MTD built an aluminum case creeper for about a half dozen gear drive models, that uses the same internal parts and will fit and work in the IH wide frame tractors (or the narrow frame with shifter change). If he buys a creeper, be sure it comes with the gear that goes on the input shaft of the transmission, because it is about $80 if he has to buy a new one. All the parts for the creeper are still available except for the outer case, a large thrust washer, and the original size shifter knob..............you might not want to pay for some of them, but they are available. The creepers sell in the $190-$250 range. I don't believe there are any parts still available for the Danco UD-6 used in the Original, except for maybe a reproduction handle and deive pin.

Whats a wide frame cadet? Will the creeper from a cadet fit my 154?
I'm technically misunderstood at times i guess its been this way my whole life so why should it change now.

The wide frame Cub Cadets came out in 1971 with the models 86, 1x8, 1x9 (x=0,2,4,6 depending on the hp). The frame flares out at the dash pedestal so that the front section of the frame rails are wider apart than the rear section of the frame rails (much as it does on your 154), to allow the 14 and 16 hp engines with their larger flywheels and housings to fit between the frame rails. On the narrow frame tractors, the frame rails are the same distance apart, front to rear.

No, a Cub Cadet creeper will not fit your 154.
