I have opportunity to pick up a Cub Cadet 60 that's in real good condition.
It runs, was stored indoors until this summer, has what appears to be a good mower deck. What's it worth?
Thanks,
Peter
p.s. This will be Aron's "Cub"

Not a lot because there is not much interest in them. A 60 is a Cadet riding mower, not a Cub Cadet, which is a garden tractor. The 60 is one of what is commonally called a "Bathtub" riding mower, because of it's shape. The Cadet's, both riders and lawn tractors, were IH's answer to the less expensive riders and lawn tractors of the day, and were belt driven to a Peerless type transaxle for the most part.
From what I have seen, most will sell for $50 (or less), to $150, and the $150 would be for one in very good to excellent condition. There are some exceptions such, as the Spirit of 76 lawn tractor, and the model 95 electric rider. Most had B&S engines, although some models had Tecumseh engines.
