PTO Problem

Postby Ken (48 Cub) » Tue Aug 01, 2006 3:14 pm

I have a CC1282 - 12 HP Kohler. Once it gets hot and I disengage the PTO it will not reingage. If I let it cool off some then it will reingage. Any prevenative maintenance I can do now before it goes out completly? Or is this going to be another $100 fix!
Ken, Annie the '48.

I think we gotter if'n she don't jump, Andy Griffith.

How about checking the Air Gap of the clutch. It should be between .010 to .015".
