Hi Meta,
Lawn tractors are made to cut grass. Garden tractors are made to use earth engaging equipment and there implements to do this. Cub Cadets Have more attachment than most other makes. You can get flat bottom plows blades for snow & dirt(front, rear & Mid), hydrulic lift buckets, tillers, Cultivators, trenchers, harrows, disks, sprayers, sweepers, post hole diggers, sickle bar mowers, brush hog mowers, rake, spike aerators, rollers, seeders & even golf ball retrievers & sand trap rakes. I only looked through one brochure and found this many. A lot of them are very hard to find but they were available and most need at least a 3 point hitch or their own powering hookups.
The cub Cadet also has available a front, rear & wheel PTO(I use my wheel PTO to split logs ans can make fence rails). I have all the PTO's but the front which I have never seen.
