I had a good time at this show Saturday, despite the weather being not so pretty in the morning. Jim Chabot from MA brought out his collection of CC original prototypes which was an interesting display to check out, and there were many classic CC's of all the models buzzing around. Most interesting thing to watch was the garden tractor pulling contests, (a first for me), it is amazing how well some of the completely stock machines do with just weighted wheels and chains. It also didn't hurt that some of the guys in the pulls had butts that had to weigh more than my entire body :o One make of tractor, these old Speedexes, could just pull that sled like a sack of feathers. Nice little show!

This is 2 years in a row that the gods have conspired to prevent me going to this show. My daughter lives in Punxy and I still not get there as much as I wanted to. Last year I looked over the grounds a week early while at Kathrens but couldn't get back.
