Brinly Dump Cart

Postby radioguy41 » Tue Jan 23, 2024 3:27 pm

I picked up this nice Brinly Dump Cart yesterday. I think it's a model BB-110?

Looks like it's a model BB-100. The BB-110 is a front mount for a Bolens and a BB-100 is for a sleeve hitch.

Definitely need some weight on the front if you’re hauling something heavy!

The 782 Cub Cadet weighs in at 724 lbs and the fulcrum point would be the rear axle so with a load capacity of the dump cart at 150 lbs no front end weight is needed, the tractor is more than enough.

Brinly made two versions of that cart. The BB-105 and the BB-100. The BB-105 was for tractors that did not have a sleeve hitch, while the BB-100 was for tractors with sleeve hitches. Brinly also made a model LL 210 which attached to the front and was called the Gard-N-Cart, and double down as a grille guard and a cart. I believe the LL 210 was made for the John Deere round fender 110 and 112 tractors of the 1960s.

They made a BB-100, 105, 110, and a 130. The model 130 was for a Jacobsen. They offered specific brackets and fittings for a Jacobsen (Code "J"), Deere (Code "D"), and Bolens (Code "B") in addition to the universal sleeve hitch version. I have the Bolens bracket (see pic #2) as well as the sleeve hitch mount.
