1450 quit
Mowing along with 1450 and all of a sudden dies and won't start, got fuel in tank fire to the plug what else?

found the problem I had intermitting fire so found out bad ign switch one of the terminals just broke of. looks like a bear to change.

To get easy access to the ign switch remove the gas tank and fire wall. Remove the throttle and choke cables.
I'm technically misunderstood at times i guess its been this way my whole life so why should it change now.

got her fixed, but now it isn't charging when I first started it up with new ign switch the amp hand went to full charge then I revved it up and it quit charging, what now?

the switch is a simple plug and play and it is keyed you can't plug it in wrong
so probably rectifier

Jim, the plug at my rectifier on my CC 782 (KT-17 series II) was loose; battery not charging. Had to do some bending of prongs to get them to stay in place.

My cadet doesn’t charge all the time. It stays in the middle on zero. Are you sure it’s not charging? Is it going negative on the needle?

Bill when I turn the tiller on it goes negative and plus it runs the battery down it is a new battery
