To get easy access to the ign switch remove the gas tank and fire wall. Remove the throttle and choke cables.
I'm technically misunderstood at times i guess its been this way my whole life so why should it change now.

Jim, the plug at my rectifier on my CC 782 (KT-17 series II) was loose; battery not charging. Had to do some bending of prongs to get them to stay in place.

Hope that’s all it is.

My cadet doesn’t charge all the time. It stays in the middle on zero. Are you sure it’s not charging? Is it going negative on the needle?
