i have never seen any of these , they are blue and knife like on both sides

I don't know what they are or what they were used for, but they are the best ones I have seen. And blue too.

Been looking at these a bit. Not a lot to look at but they kind of remind me of jackhammer bits... Either that or pegs for a peg harrow or for some type of cultivator.

Leg shadows! That's the only thing I can identify two of in the picture.
