One of the best You Tube videos I have seen. I get motion sick watching some of them. Doug
Re: Driving Miss DaisyJust watched the video for the first time... WOW... That is one tough beast to start, isn't it? Makes ya want to park it at the top of a hill most days, I would think!
Mikey did a nice job driving Miss Daisy... very nice! Does the tractor have hand brakes? I have never really seen one of these up close and personal, before... Mike in La Crosse, WI Mike in Gibsonia, PA
Re: Driving Miss DaisyMike - the compression is very good on this engine. It starts pretty easily when it is cold. It is a little more cantankerous when it is warm. I think I will get a new magneto coil for it.
Yes, it does have hand brakes and the brakes also engage on tight turns leaving both hands free for steering. Whenever you get a trip in the central Ohio area again let's see if we can get together and we'll give you a ride. Bigdog
If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem. My wife says I don't listen to her. - - - - - - - - Or something like that! http://www.cubtug.com
