help with something I saw

Postby housebg » Wed Apr 27, 2016 8:33 pm

I once saw what I think was a Farmall M but now am unsure with a hydraulic pump mounter behind the distubator similar to A & C it may have been a diesel or may have been 400,450,460,500 unsure anyone ever seen something along these lines.

Later Super M tractors had a live hydraulic pump rather than the belly pump that was driven by the transmission countershaft. It fit between the engine and distributor so that the distributor was actually driven by the pump shaft. The same style was used on the 400 and 450. What you saw could have been any of them.
