Jim - OEM tractor parts has seat springs and probably the pan as well. Also check with J.P. Tractor Salvage.

OEM has some good quality parts but is over priced. TM would be a good choice or you could check with Easy Bob.

None of those parts are shared with the Cub. I would not expect TM to have any of them.
