Not interested in buying it, but I am curious. the hood appears to not be fastened down, and the motor covered by a cloth or piece of plastic. I can only guess at the reasons.

I was lined up second in line 2 buy it but the guy came thru on the money. Guy had owned it for 10 years and used it right much. The plastic was nothing under the hood. Just needed exhaust repair, the belly pump rebuilt and he said it still ran good.
