3414 w/ 3 pt. Bachoe attachment worth it or not?
Alright so I just bought a 3414 with a 3 pt as of now, the guy I bought it from dermatologist think you t can't accept the bachoe. But I was almost positive it does I have a few manuals on motor and tractor and some other parts. Ilike reverse manual. My question is will this tractor accept the bachoe attachment 2131, also how does it attach. Bolts, clips ? Where can I find one how much should I pay. And what should I look for. Is it a big deal taking it on or off hrs wise. I only have acasional jobs for the bachoe so it wouldn't be on all the time. SO is it worth it.I appreciate advice from some one who had this model of r a similar one cause opinions are like. You know what's. Also I would like any info on the tractor. Also. I have to change piston rings possibly sleeves in it she is a Gasser. What type of sleeves are in it does it have sleeves. Rings what type. And does anyone have s link of a video of som one splitting the tractor or changing rings or both.. thanksalot

Go to www.tractordata.com. The 3414 was an industrial tractor, not a farm tractor, according to that page. It did not come with a backhoe, only a front end loader. But maybe a 3rd party one will mount up using the 3 point. It is a type 1 3 point, that may mean fairly light duty?

Lots of google images available of IH 3414 with a backhoe and a loader. I don't see why this tractor wouldn't be able to handle something like a woods 3-point backhoe. Just have to turn the hydraulic pump with the PTO.
