Well, things didn't quite work out for Tim, Barnyard and the guys to put a plow in the dirt at DSCF. The following Tuesday the neighbor came over to help us out. My cub or Super A couldn't quite keep up.

Re: Turning the soil
I sure wish our farm soil was that stone free. I could not read the number of that IH Tractor was it a 1066?

Ken,
One 1066 and a 1466. That is the biggest plows he has at the farm. That 1466 was just chomping at the bit for some more work to do.

Re: Turning the soil
The inner nerd in me requires me to say that they are both 86 series tractors 1486 and a 14 or 1086.

Re: Turning the soil
Roy--used to be the old time farmers would say that moving faster than a man could walk would "burn" the soil!! If that was true, you just scorched your field!! Bet the G would have had fun with that little genius 2 bottom you have--just a thought:) NICE video!! Thanks for sharing!!

Re: Turning the soil
A plow that size would be pretty useless in all but a few spots in this part of the country. One of the bottoms would be caught on a rock all the time.
If you are not part of the solution,
you are part of the problem!!!
