Does anyone know what model this disk harrow is?

Postby leerenovations » Mon Mar 11, 2013 11:28 pm

I picked up this Drag disk at an auction this past week. It is an international disk and it looks like the big brother of the Cub 23 A Disk. I unbolted the front gangs from the rear gangs and am pulling it with my Cub. iT works great. What modekl is this and what Farmall was it originally for?

Also this pic isnt mine but looks exactly like the one I bought, except mine has 8 Disk blades on each gang.

Also does anyone have a manual for this?

Looks close, Wish I had the actual manual but at least now I can look online for it. But it does look exactly like this one. Thanks

angle adjustment is different from 10A. 10A used a crank to adjust, that one uses a sliding latch similar to 23A used behind cub.
If you are not part of the solution,
you are part of the problem!!!

The entire 10A manual is on that site.

Crank vs. power angle was an option on the 10A, doesn't necessarily indicate one model over another although the crank was probably only on the 10A. Likewise, disc spacing of 6.5 vs. 9 may be a partial indicator as the 9 inch wasn't available for the 10A. I believe the rollers under the outer drawbars for the rear gangs indicate a model 9 rather than a model 10A. The adjustable outer drawbars don't look like anything I've seen on either a 10A or a 9.

Now another question on this thread: Do I paint this the same implement blue as I still have some of the blue paint from the cub implements? Or did these disks come out in a nother color?
