neeeed help on carb adj....

on my 1951 w4 i need help on how to adj the carb it has 3 screws i know the bottom one is the main jet and the top one to the left facing the carb is the idle
air adj but there is one down from that one it look like it gose in the tube that goes to the governer any help ?? what is the first set up and how & what to adj when running, it seem to run pretty good but went i move the choke alittle closed it runs real smooth any help would be great i will try sent a photo ps it look like a 3/4 updraft carb
