Hydraulic Flare Connections

Does anyone have experience making flare connections in steel 1/2 inch tubing for hydraulics lines?

I"m rebuilding a 340U I bought a couple of years ago, and adding a loader. I"ve spent a lot of effort trying to straighten out the hydraulic system. Among other annoying things, the prior owner had replaced several of the steel lines (for example to the fasthitch)with hydraulic hoses, but it looks like he used whatever was lying around, or he couldn"t measure too well, because they"re way too long and it looks pretty messy. I"d like to try to make steel tube replacements and neaten things up. I also would like to run remote hydraulics to the rear, and steel tube would take up less space running under the seat along with the Fasthitch lines.

I"ve made smaller automotive flare connections, and I have a 1/2" tube bender, but would have to get the larger 1/2 inch flare tool . . . my question is what type of flares are used in IH hydraulics (37 1/2 vs 45 degree?, single vs double?, etc, etc??)

Any recommendations or tips or experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the links. I confirmed today it is indeed what you said : 37 degree flares. Can't believe how many fitting styles there are! I've got to get familiar with the catalogues. The one you sent is a great start.
