value of full set of cultivaters

I was wondering what the value of a full set of cultivaters for a farmall c would be. The owner said he doesn't want them and wants them to go to someone who could use them. He wants an offer but just wants to get rid of them ( implying at a bargain). Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Rich

If you want to pay him a fair price, offer him $400 , the shanks and cuff are worth more than the $400, there are 15 shanks and 11 cuffs on a set of C cultivators at $20 each that is $520, I am sure some will tell you to offer less, just my opinion
