Farmall C

I'm wanting to buy a Farmall C to use with a brushhog on my farm. The one's I have looked at recently have all had frozen touch controls. Is this a common problem on the C's?

Only if they have sat outside and not used for a long time
If it has been use on a regular bases no problem
