Farmall C & Super C Tractors, 1948-1954

I recently had the head on one of my C's rebuilt, and we put on a new head gasket, and it's leaking a little bit, so i know I need to re-torque it after it's warmed up, but do you do that while it's warm? or after running, and cooled down?
