For draft type mounted equipment. They are indicators for operator feedback from the hitch. One shows operating depth and the other how far the traction control is activated (amount of weight transfer). The operator's manual should hvae details.

Well I removed it today from the tractor , it certainly needs rebuilding any ideas on a parts source for this ? I would like to have it functioning .

JP's or other salvage yards might have some used parts. I would probably try places like Bates for NOS parts.
