RPM Question

I have a 1950 Farmall C and the serial tag states that the rpm is 1815 from what I can make out. My question is is this the max RPM rating with out load or with load at max HP rating?

That most likely would be the no load maximum RPMs at high idle.

High idle is full throttle with no load.

Ok thanks guys. I think i found the information 1815 high idel no load and 1400 at full load full throttle. so would that still put PTO at 540 rpm?
