Farmall 140 Sector Shaft Question

The more I read on here the more I see Boss Hog is the man when it comes to this site. I appreciate all your feedback on all the posts. Not to leave the rest of you out but you all are awesome.
If you look at the first picture on here I have the nut off and am trying to get the steering arm off the shaft. I am about ready to put a little heat on it. The nut is off but it is at the bottom and I cannot get the steering arm off. Would it be ok if I put a little heat on the steering arm and pry it off the shaft or do you have any good ideas. Not knowing the internals of how these are put together I don't want to break anything. If I get this arm off, I am guessing it will come out from the top.
The second picture shows the sector and it looks good. The top bearings at the top were completely shot (B). You can see it sitting on the steering box. You can see the groove where the bearing rides (A). I noticed the kit that Boss Hog posted has bearing replacements along with the bushings which is very reasonable. http://www.ebay.com/itm/161039244433?ss ... 1423.l2649
Once I get the steering arm off, should the shaft come off with the sector gear on it?
Anyway, I appreciate all the help from all of you.
