hi guys i need to replace the cooling fan on my 1950 farmall super a as the bearing is shot do i have to remove the radiator or not

You should be able to do it by removing the fan shroud but leaving the radiator.

I only have limited experience with Super A, but I think that like on a cub you may need to unbolt the shroud and move it closer to the engine so you can turn the fan so the blades are on each side of the upper radiator pipe and then move it up and to the side.
