does anyone have a digital copy of a service manual for a 140?
preferably a pdf, but anything will help

You may not have quite enough posts to see the PDF manuals yet. When you do, expand the Quick Links at the top of this page and go to the PDF Manuals. Select "Farmall Cub" then "Preventive Maintenance manuals". The PM manuals listed there include the 140. It probably contains most of the information you are looking for right now.
You also should get the Operator's Manual if you don't have it. That one isn't in the PDF manuals. But if you go down the A, Super A . . . path, the Super A manual will get you most of the way there. I think Binder Books has hard copies of all of them.
