I have to bracket one on front tie rod end was told it is for round plow to steer?
the other are where the rear tool bar hooks and have a pin about 3/4 to 1 in sticking out from it
would send pictures but I am not that smart . Forgot to say but it is on a Farm all Super A

the one on the tie rod end I was told it is to steer plow?

That is correct, the plow linkage hooked up there and steered the plow.
