I am not familiar with the 130 engine, but if it has the pump in the oil pan rather than on the back of the block there should be no need to prime it.

I looked up the C123 engine on the IH arts website, and I could not find the oil pump on the parts list. Are you sure they have one? LOL

Its the same as the C113. Its in the pan.

Rule of thumb is that the C113 and C123 are almost identical engines.
