Fertilizer woes...

Postby easydog » Thu Oct 30, 2014 6:33 pm

Howdy all! I recently bought a fertilizer hopper and base to attach to the fertilizer attachment on my Super A. It doesn't fit. Grrrrrrrrrr. This is a picture of the fine but ultimately useless hopper.

And the base of said hopper.

This is my fertilizer attachement.

And a close up of the serial number of the fertilizer.

So, question number one, what am I missing to attach the hopper and base to the fertilizer?
Number two, what hopper and base should attach to what I have?
And finally number three, which option would be cheaper?

Thanks in advance for your replies!

What you have is the seed hopper base, it will not work with a fertilizer hopper. You may find one by placing an ad on the vine.

The fertilizer hopper bracket mounts on the next set of bolts forward on the bell housing. I feel confident someone on this forum has an extra.
