got both tractors back from the paint shop this past week.

it's a little interesting to have both in final stage assembly. there is a time savings in doing the same thing to both, but you have to be sure you actually did it on both.. :?
They were painted with a water based urethane, which is all the body shop uses these days. I am impressed with the results.

This is what I started with (front tractor above) There was a pile of parts with it - some fit, some were for other tractors!

The B was just a pile of parts when it came in. 100 percent disassembled, some parts blasted and primed.

Looking good!!

Would love to see more pictures! Also, that paint job looks really slick. Did they paint them as i see them in the pictures, or did they dissasemble the tractors?

the B was complete except for a new fuel line, after taking care of a couple of coolant leaking issues. so last night I put the old fuel line on, a gallon of gas, and touched the starter. it was running in an instant :{_}: :{_}: I must have done sumtin' right

tonight perhaps my Super A will get it's turn

project completed! well, except for a carb. I had three carbs Dad rebuilt last year to go on it. the one for the B works well, but the other two have hi-speed jet problems so i'll give them to him for rework.
