Trick to removing inside, left hand TC arm?

Working on finishing the fast hitch conversion for Old Ugly. Trying to get the inside touch contorl arm off, on the left side, so I can add an arm that will accept the helper spring. Outside one popped right off but the inside one is not interested in budging. Tried tapping on it with a hammer, left it soaking in penetrating oil. Anything I am missing?
Thanks
Al

Took me a while to find the photos, but I do believe that Boss once again is correct!
