I may not be saying it correct but the gov rod going to the carb moves back and forth like it is hunting and never levels out. RT

My A did the same thing and it was a combination of carb anjustment and govenor adjustment. I have manuals but you should be able to find a manual on Rudi's server. Click on Manuals at the very top of this page and scroll around, you should find something.
