I should know that, I went thru a pineapple farm on maui. I was thinking coconut and typed pineapple. I have a book that shows a Cub with about 6 girls on stands 3 on each side. if I can find the picture ill post it maybe this is one of them.

That old pic has been around for quite a while. Surprised it hasn't been scrapped by now.
And yes, pineapples do not grow in trees. Although they don't grow in the ground so much as they grow on the ground.

There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

I thought pineapples grew on trees until I went to Oahu and went to the north end of the island and saw the Dole Plantation, lol
Barnyard and while we're correcting gaffs I meant on the ground,
Okay what would that have been used for???

Wasn't trying to correct anything, just wanted to clarify for anyone who might have misunderstood and thought they actually grew underground.

It kind of reminds me of the old strattle truck i drove in the lumber yard as a kid. It would strattle the lumber piled on special blocks so it could be picked up and moved.
Its a farmall A.

I'm technically misunderstood at times i guess its been this way my whole life so why should it change now.

Hard to say without knowing where it came from. Usually these extra high tractors were used for cross pollination or detasseling corn, or spray rigs.

I believe its for spraying corn, local to me there is a corn farm that had a similar set up Ford Jubilee way up high and mid underneath is a 275 gal oil tank for liquid and outrigger spray bars at the rear, they sold it at auction a few years back after 1/2 century of work.
