Clutch & Pressure Plate Advice

Postby Super A » Sun May 15, 2011 3:48 pm

We are coming along on my Farmall A resto. and it's time to begin thinging about the clutch, pressure plate, and release bearing. Clutch fingers are worn severely, disk is not shot but figure if I replace the PP might as well replace that. Release bearing has a lot of slop. So, has anyone had any luck finding good used parts? I am not 100% crazy about spending a whole lot more on it, but I don't want to do a shoddy job since we're getting "close" now. Where's the best source for clutch parts?

Al, I have a pressure plate out of an A that looks in good shape. Clutch disc has a lot of meat on it still also. Let me find them and I will shoot you a couple pics.
