My 1942 Farmall A has an after-market hydraulic unit. It is barrel-shaped and the "barrel" contains the pump and fluid reservoir. It lies horizontal and is attached by a bracket so that the PTO shaft runs the pump. The pump then activates a remote hydraulic ram. The previous owner has painted over any indentifying decals and the only numbers on the unit are EE1090528.

I am told that these units were adapted to various tractors. From the information provided can anyone identify this unit and possibly have a manual.
