But it just doesn't have the good looks of the original A or Super A.

...Or any Farmall. The modern Ford 8N looked like the old 8N.

I admire Case-IH for ressurecting the "Farmall" name, but they seem to have missed the point that the original "Farmall" was indeed a tractor that was capable of doing any job that needed done on the farm, hence the name "FARMALL"
The "new" Farmall doesn't quite live up to that standard, but I'm sure it is still a very good, capable, and dependable tractor.

Except for the paint color, looks a lot like the New Holland tractors currently on their lot.
I have an excuse. CRS.

Yeah when caseIH started using the Farmall name on their small tractors several years ago, a lot of folks were upset by it. True, it probably would be more fitting for them to use it on their largest row crop tractors (originally they would have been known as "The New Farmall" if IH had've continued in the ag. business) instead of calling them "Magnums." However, the fact they are using the Farmall name at all is a good sign to me. Stuff I have seen and heard in the last couple of years seems to indicate that the decision makers at caseIH are finally seeing just how valuable the IH name and heritage really is.

That's because it's basically the same tractor in different colors. CNH is the parent company of Case IH and New Holland hence the C(ase)NH(New Holland). In essence there are only a few companies out there that own all the tractor brands that you see. Much different than the 50's and 60's.
