A Farmall

Hey fella's I've got an A Farmall that i am having some throttle problems with. No throttle response on the low idle end and very little change on the wide open end. The tractor runs really good but when i back the throttle off it does not slow down enough to change the gears without grinding. I have checked for binding on carb side. when i back it down i can see some exposed governor linkage at the front. Seems like the governor may not be returning to low idle. This just occured overnight. thanks for any help. Bradley
