I am replacing the oil seal in the steering box and would like to replace the bushing as well but not sure how to remove it.I assume it comes out towards the rear of the box and not the front but i need to know before i start. Thanks in advance as always. BEAR

I assume you are talking about item number 7 & 8. If so, drive it out the back. Don't forget number 21&24 as well I had to use two seals at number 24, with some grease packed between them to stop mine from leaking. You can click the image to make it bigger.
Good luck.
