Rebuilding Touch-Control Unit On A Super-A

Postby Dan England » Sat Dec 22, 2007 7:56 am

A friend asked for instructions on rebuilding the touch-control unit. I don't have a service manual for the SA but do have one for a Cub. Are the units of the two similar other than size and should instructions for the Cub be sufficient to allow a successful rebuild on the SA. He has no previous experience in rebuilding the touch-control unit. Dan

The manual on Rudi's server covers Cub, Super A, and C. the units are very similar.

They are similar. The big thing is that the Super A unit has 2 cylinders. So their are twice as many of most of the parts inside it. I assume the rebuild kit for it comes with instructions like the one for the Cub.
