That wasn't Andy Haldeman was it?

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

I am sorry that I am only posting a reply now but I only saw this topic today while looking for something else.

I had a Farmall AV-1 that I sold recently. It is listed as the tractor with the highest known serial number for this type in the Red Power Magazine list. Only 228 Super AV-1's were built. As far as I know the Super A-1 and Super AV-1 tractors were built just before the appearance of the Farmall 100 tractors. They featured a number of the specs that the new number series would carry among others the C-123 engine.

Hope this helps, Denis
