Well Sunday AM I am heading to get the tractor I hope! One way or another it is coming home.
I am finishing up my tire sleds today. this is what I am doing what do you think.
1-1/2" plywood yes 1-1/2" thick dad had it from the boat works about 30 years ago.
there 36" long then a 30 degree front angle ski 12"
there will be 2x6 sides and back to make a poket with eye bolts to strap it to the tire. Then on the bottom of the plywood ski I will screw old pole barn tin to it to make it slide better up the ramp?
If this doesn't work and I can not move it with the dodge 4x4 becasue of the snow I will try thawing it out with heaters and stuff. I am taking tools so I can pull the shifter out and the rear pto cover off to help put heat on it to get it out. I have rose bud propane heater to aply direct heat.
I think I am going to try to remove the front snow blade to help me get it on the trailer.
can anyone think of anything I might take?
1-1/2 chain fall
cheap electric winch
ros bud heater
(2) 3 ton jacks
any thing else?
