Seeking to replace the radiator on my Super A. 341xx, early 1953 manufacture. It currently has 358103R91 radiator as evidenced by the tag. It is a 2 row, 2 3/4" thickness with the pressure filler - an incorrect cap appears to be on the unit. No water pump. Inlet and outlet are 2" dia., as are both ports on the engine. Every replacement I find has some sort of stipulation (not for pressurized, wrong sized ports, etc.) I am seeking to replace it with the most accurate possible while keeping it reasonable. Not interested in the shiny knockoffs for cheap, but not willing to waste $450 or better either.
It appears there were likely part number upgrades as time progressed. I have yet to figure out IH numbering (did 103 change or R91?) Most replacements I see are thinner (2"), yet have 3 to 4 cores. I'm guessing they are smaller like a car as opposed to the 2 wide tubes on the current unit. Has anyone found a suitable replacement for similar year tractors? Also, I'm confused over the 4 lb vs 7 lb caps. Was either of those specific to 1953? Not really worried about leaks as its currently getting a head gasket, new hoses and a new radiator. I just want the period correct unit for it with the correct pressure cap. I am 95% certain the radiator is original, but would not bet $1000 on it.
Also, every replacement I've seen has a stub out for overflow at the neck. Is there a clean way to attach a new brass overflow tube to the neck that will not interfere with the opening in the grill casing. As you can see in the pics, the original overflow tube drops down fairly quickly.

Re: Super A Radiator Replacement - Too Many Options
Several leaks including the core and seams around the top. There are no skilled radiator repair shops within reasonable distance any more. And the old gal was rolled belly up in the '70s. The LH welds have separated and it's tweaked a bit (Second pic, underneath the tank) Without a good unit to compare to, it's difficult to determine just how tweaked it is. The aluminum ones look nice, just not the look I'm going for in a 70 year old tractor.
