First off thanks to Jim Becker for identifying this disc for me.
This disc belonged to a guy I knew named Tump, he passed away a couple years ago and I acquired it through a mutual friend.
The rear disc have been replaced at some point, the fronts are worn out. I plan to fix it, paint it, and use it behind a 140 in our garden.

1-F36 Disc restoration
Got some new scalloped disc for the front, the axles look pretty rough but I can weld them up and grind them to usable.
Found a few ants in the first one as well.
These worn out disc are IH, assuming original.

Re: 1-F36 Disc restoration
I have the same disc- restored before i purchased it. It does a wonderful job following my 2-bottom plow. The downforce from the fast hitch on the 140 really makes it dig in.

Hopefully this thick washer will hold. I welded an axle like this once and it didn’t hold long but it was on a larger disc.

Got one side together and put new grease fittings in. I’ll try it out before painting it.

Re: 1-F36 Disc restoration
The nut on the other axle was stuck. Had to use the hot wrench to get it off and a few threads came out of it. Made a new one 1/4” thicker to catch more threads. I’ll tighten them up when I get them back on and can get more pressure on them.

One of the brackets was twisted. Used the press and got it back straight.
