Clock position drive lug on engine farmallA

What is clock position of coupling that mag fits into for timing the mag seem to be firing on wrong cylinder. And not even getting even a fart out of her if sme one took off govener cover off could timing be off on clock position when on tdc

Timing can be wrong if someone removed the governor and rotated the gear teeth (or reassembled incorrectly). I don't know for sure on an "A", but a cub should be approximately 2 and 8 o'clock positions.
