Anyone have a link to rebuilding a 140 Hydraulic pump that leaks into the engine?

I can rebuild your pump and put new shaft and body o rings in it. Some have o rings on the brass bearings but these are normally ok but if needed, I can replace these also.
If the shaft is pitted or deeply scored, it will leak again even with a new shaft o ring.
If the shaft is bad, I can turn it down on my lathe and install a speedi sleeve to repair it.

I know this post is 1 1/2 years old but do you have to turn it down on a lathe to install a speedi sleeve, or can you just install the speedi sleeve with the shaft as-is?

To install the SKF 99059, the max shaft diameter is .593. If it's pressed onto a shaft bigger than that the sleeve will tear or split since it's wall thickness is thin. If the shaft is badly grooved, it can be turned down and then the sleeve will bring it back to dimension.

Very good info. Thank you!!! Will some type of adhesive be required to install that wear sleeve since the shaft would have been turned down? Or, would I just heat the sleeve in an oven and cool the shaft to install?

No heat required, if it's turned down to the correct diameter for the sleeve, you just press it on. The sleeve includes the press tool.

Yes I tried one once but the press tool almost broke the flange off pressing it on. I guess it wasn't turned down quite enough.

One more question, do you happen to have the part Number for the oil seal that works with the #99059 SKF speedy sleeve? These pumps have the o-ring and I want to convert them to the lip seal type. Seems better all the way around since I'm fixing them.
