NO PILOT SHAFT HANDY?
I wanted to bolt up my pressure plate to the flywheel and I didn't have a pilot shaft. But I did have a large socket from my 1" drive set. The socket registered onto the clutch disc splined fittng and fit precisely thru the hole in the pressure plate, centering the clutch disk perfectly between the flywheel and pressure plate. The engine slid into position on the bell housing with a bit of jiggling and depressing of the clutch pedal...
