Hello from southwestern Ohio
Just joined, I have owned a cub for about 3 years. Well actually 2+ cubs made 1 good running cub out of two plus extra parts. I am a aircraft mechanic by trade and also have a 1940 farmall M and a 1958 massey harris ferguson 50. If anyone has any pointers about cubs please feel free to let me in on them, what I have learned is by trail and error

Your best pointer, mosey on over to the Shallow Creek CubFest http://farmallcub.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=93993, October 1. About 55+/- miles (10753 Oxford Road, Harrison, OH 45030) from you according to MapQuest. Get a better idea of what a CubFest is here:
http://farmallcub.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=87593 Click on the CubFest Article Anyone.pdf hot link in the first post of that thread.
It will be a great time and worth the every minute of driving time to get there. I will be driving 4.5 hours from northeast Ohio.
I look forward to meeting you there.

I agree with Bill Hudson! Come on over and join us for a lot of Cub Fun. Here is another link telling about CubFests. www.cubfest.com
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.
