Newbie to this tractor but not Cubs
Greetings Cub owners. The name is Dave and I am from Wisconsin. I just picked up a 1950 Demonstrator Cub and am thrilled to death to get it. I'm sure there will be ample time to pick this tractor apart from y'all as to its authenticity......I really don't care if it is or its not. I got it at a good price and it came with a sickle bar mower! That was really important because I pulled my grandfathers cub from the field when I was 15, got it running again and spent many a summer mowing the fields.....that was 40 years ago. I loved that tractor.....life gets in the way as things often do....military, family, work and time....my dad kept the tractor until he died and then since the timing wasn't right we sold it......has haunted me since. Those ghosts have been put to rest. Cheers!

Howdy Dave, and welcome to the forum from Arkansas. Congrats on your cub/demonstrator. Sounds like you intend to enjoy reliving memories of the past as most of us do. As you probably already know there is a ton of information on this site which was created and maintained by a bunch of great folks. My hat is always off to them.
