. It needs work which I'm in the process of restoring. I have already put new points, rotor, rotor cap, spark plugs, wires, manifold, and Zenith carb. I'm getting gas coming out of a port in the bottom of the carb. Is it because I'm not getting the proper vaccum from valve needing adjusted. I believe this is needed to get the fuel and air mixture from the updraft carb to the cylinders. If someone could shed some light on this for me. I would appreciate it. 
The carb drips regardless if I use the choke or not. It started dripping when I had the original IH 3/4 updraft carb on there. I put the new Zenith on there and it is still dripping. It only drips when I crank the engine. It almost wants to fire but then the fuel starts dripping.
