New guy in Ohio

Postby Larry B » Sat Aug 02, 2014 6:02 pm

Hi my name is Larry and live in the metroplex or Farmersville. Maybe 500 people on a good day but the best thing about living in Farmersville is that I am only about 45 mins from Hamilton Bob's! WooHoo. I have a mid "70s 184 w/3160A that I inherited from my father in law. It has mowed the same 4 acres since the day he bought it. All stock except for a Pertronix ignition. I have done all the maint on it since new so me and the 184 are on very intimate terms. I think it is a little jealous since I picked up an older 76" Yazoo commercial mower and I do most of the mowing with it now. To make up I did get it a new set of front tires but I Think it is still miffed. Next time I have it out I will try to remeber to take a picture and post it :D

Welcome to the forum from another Buckeye. I'm about 30 minutes from Bob in the other direction.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Welcome to the forum Larry!

It looks like I am just over 20 miles due south of you.... and I am only 5 miles from Hamilton Bobs! (I was there yesterday)
