Welcome to this great community, Brian. I was born in Russellville, Arkansas and spent many a summer on Mt. Sherman. Unlike John's wife, I never considered my move to Missouri an escape, but more like a home away from home.

You will make a lot of good friends here. Any problems with the site or John ;), just let me know.

The mosquitoes are huge but we have a new breed that is very small and the heat nor cold will run them off

I have been looking at the site for a few months and decided it was time to join. My cub has not ran since 1989 but this is the year to bring it back to life (it has atleast been garage kept and dug my cub 6 toolbar with disc out of the weeds a couple weeks ago now it is time to hear it again.

Yep, I can understand that. I spent a couple of my summers picking sandstone rocks from my grandfathers fields, only having them, seemingly, grow back the next day  One summer we picked "bitterweed" and completely eradicated it from his farm; child labor laws did not apply back then
